💧 Less water consumption
The tiny micro-holes in our metal plate reduce water flow but ensure powerful jet performance. Tests show that water consumption decreases by up to 40%, even by 50% in economy mode.
🌊 High pressure
Microholes cut with precision lasers increase the perceived pressure and let the water shoot through the metal plate at high speed. The light atomization creates a tropical rain shower feeling.
♻️ Sustainability
The main parts of the shower head are made from sustainable, durable materials. We use high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304) unlike others on the market. A special hardening process ensures the unlimited lifespan of our AlpenKraft® ZugSpitze. With production in Germany, we reduce the CO2 footprint.
💠 Filter function
The handle contains two chambers with zeolite and activated carbon beads. These laboratory-tested mineral stones have antibacterial, mineralizing, and pH-neutral properties. They break down a large part of the lime into its chemical components through the ion exchange process.
🚿 Three types of jets
Jet: A strong jet that washes away daily stresses and is gentle on the skin. Shampoo residues are thoroughly removed and water consumption is below 6 liters per minute.
Rain: With enough pressure, this mode feels like tropical spray rain - super gentle and pleasant on the skin.
Massage: A combination of both jets, ideal for daily showering and skin care.

AlpenKraft® "Zeolite-Activated Carbon" Filter Beads
Annual package
Zeolite, one of the few naturally occurring rocks used for water softening and optimal filtration.
Due to the porous structure of zeolite, not only lime is filtered but the water is softened through the so-called ion exchange process.
Activated carbon provides additional mechanical filtration of any suspended particles in the water.

💎 Are the filters and mineral pearls included in the delivery, and what is the cost of a refill pack?
Yes, a full refill is already included in the handle of the Alpenkraft® ZugSpitze. This refill lasts for approximately 6-8 months. The price for a one-year supply (two refills) of filter beads is €19.90. The price for 3 years of refill beads is €8.30 per year.
📅 How often should I change the pearls?
The pearls become saturated over time by absorbing the lime. They also become slightly smaller as they release minerals. The replacement should take place after 6-8 months.
🔥 Is the AlpenKraft® ZugSpitze also suitable for low pressure or instantaneous water heaters?
It depends on the setting of your instantaneous water heater. In economy mode, the AlpenKraft ZugSpitze only allows 6 liters per minute to pass through. This can cause the instantaneous water heater not to "kick in." Please ask your installer or read the user manual of your instantaneous water heater to find out the required flow rate.
🚿 Does the AlpenKraft® ZugSpitze also fit on my old shower hose?
The shower head is equipped with the standardized ½ inch thread and should fit on ANY commercially available shower hose.
🛠 What do I need to consider during installation?
The AlpenKraft® ZugSpitze is fully assembled. You only need to screw it onto your old shower hose.
