Can I split my order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. For this, you would need to enter multiple individual orders.
Can I make changes to my order afterwards?
For tax reasons, we are only allowed to make minor changes to an order that has already been executed. We can cancel one or more items but cannot simply exchange them for another item.
So if your order is not yet ready for shipment in the warehouse, we can cancel items for you. Desired exchange items must be ordered in a separate order.
Please contact us for cancellations as soon as possible at support@alpenkraft.shop. If an order is already ready for shipment in the warehouse, unfortunately we can no longer make any changes and you would have to return the unwanted item to us.
I forgot an item. Can you combine orders if I order again?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually combine orders.
Therefore, we recommend that you place a second order. We will do our best to ship the second package as quickly as possible as well.

How can I pay?
You have many options to pay with us. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, EPS, credit card, and PayPal.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

I have paid the invoice, but still received a payment reminder?

I have selected "Pay by invoice with Klarna" as the payment method, where do I need to transfer the money?
Klarna is a payment method that allows you to pay your invoice over a period of 14 to 30 days. When your order is delivered, you will receive an invoice from Klarna by email, which you can then pay by bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card.
I receive reminders from Klarna even though I have paid?
You have probably transferred the amount to our account and not to Klarna's account. If you chose Klarna as the payment method for your order, please transfer to Klarna. The invoice and Klarna's account details can be found in your email.

I would like to exchange an item. How does that work?
Unfortunately, for accounting reasons, we cannot offer you a classic exchange as you know it from brick-and-mortar retail.
However, you can simply return the old item and order the new item in the shop! You will then receive the purchase price back for the old item!

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 1 p.m. are shipped the same day from the central warehouse in Graz. You will receive a tracking number with which you can track your shipment.
Has my order already been shipped?
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation. The email also contains a tracking link with which you can see the current location of the package at any time.
Where can I find my tracking link?
The tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as it is available. If you still have not received an email, please also check your spam folder. We ship within Germany with DPD or DHL and within Austria with DPD.
I have not received any goods yet?

If you purchased your product after September 2022 and find an ALPENKRAFT lettering on the handle of your shower head, you own the AlpenKraft® ZugSpitze model.
What are the advantages of the AlpenKraft® ZugSpitze model?
The AlpenKraft® ZugSpitze is a slow made product and not a mass product. Only a few pieces are produced per day.
We use high-quality stainless steel for the most important parts, and NO plastic or aluminum.
